The Lothians are second to none when it comes to Golf Courses. From the open fairway at Muirfield, that have seen the worlds greatest players from Tony Jacklin to Lee Trevino. Who can forget that magic moment on the 15th July 1972, at Muirfield when the Mexican Lee  Trevino chipped in a fluke at the 17th thus depriving a Brit on his home soil an Open win..He was not nicknamed Super Mex for nothing.  I decided to make this two separate pages. The menu Golf takes in the golf courses in the City of Edinburgh area, while that named Lothian Golf takes in the golf courses contained within the areas of Mid, East and West Lothian. The list is by no means exhaustive, and many give good value for money. It is not often you will be able to play on a top class course for a few quid. We will kick of with golf courses in the East Lothian area. Do not indulge to much at the 19th.
