Photography

Edinburgh is a joy for photographers all the year round. But during the the month of August and December around the festive season it becomes a paradise. So make sure you have plenty of film with you if you are still in the Kodak Brownie era. Or get with the big gigabytes if you are into the 21st century and went digital. Here are few samples. Never a dull moment. Photographs in Edinburgh are never ending. If you take a good one I will happily put it on this web site with your permission. So just send me a low resolution copy and I will put it on. Also my thanks to the members of Midlothian Camera Club for the use of some of the photographs. They have a * alongside. The copyright for those photographs belong to members of the afore mentioned Camera Club. If you would like a few pointers to assist you on the in's and out's of digital photography then all you have to do is click here for the digital school website. Plenty to wet the appetite. The photograph of the Queensferry Crossing was taken the dat before it opened
